Ever heard of digital transformation? It’s not just the latest industry buzzword. It's an efficient way to sustainably move groups, organizations, and initiatives forward. Yet over the course of the pandemic, numerous institutions failed to transform their operations to meet the new realities of the digital-first environment. What went wrong, and what learnings can we take with us forward? How exactly do you implement digital transformation across various aspects of your professional life? Through engaging in conversations with our volunteers in leadership roles within our online-based project, this panel will introduce you to the skills and knowledge to adopt digital transformation and succeed in leadership.
