Alberta Student Leadership Summit 2023

There are so many ways that leadership could be implemented in our communities. In earlier times, leaders were determined by who was the smartest, most athletic or the most popular. However, as society has evolved, so have the ways in which we define leadership and how it is conducted in what we do. In this session, I will be going over Value-Based Leadership, and what components go into this constructive form of leadership, which can be implimentend in any facet of life.
